Joe Mazur is an American former Anchor/Reporter known for having worked for ABC11 as the weekend sports anchor and works as a sports reporter from Monday to Friday. He joined the station in 2001 and departed in June 2022. This was his last TV job – he left the news business to join his wife in Atlanta, who works in the marketing business.

Mazur has served as the weekend sports anchor and works as a sports reporter from Monday to Friday at ABC 11 Eyewitness News. He went to the Colorado State University where he attained his Bachelor of Science degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs in 1994.

Prior to joining ABC11, he worked at KFOX in El Paso, Texas where he served as the Weekday Sports Anchor and Sports Director. He started his journalism career at KJCT-TV in Grand Junction, Colorado where he served as a sports anchor and reporter. Mazur has also been honored and won several awards including Associated Press Best Sports Cast in 1999, 1998, and 1997.

In addition to that, he was also nominated for Emmy for work on a Dallas Cowboys special and won the Crystal Award Of Excellence for the same program. During his leisure, he enjoys listening to music and cooking. In addition, he loves watching, as well as playing sports, and spending time with his dog Griffey during his free time.
