Joey DeBerardino is an American Anchor/Reporter working with WDTN-TV 2 NEWS team where he serves the station as a Weekend Sports Anchor/Reporter. He has been working with the station since the month of June 2022. 

Joey DeBerardino Career

DeBerardino works with WDTN-TV 2 News where he serves the station as a Weekend Sports Anchor/Reporter. Prior to WDTV-TV 2 News, he was working with WWTV/WWVUP 9&10 News in Cadillac, Michigan where he worked for about two years. The proud Michigan native is a proud graduate of Central Michigan  University where he was majoring in broadcasting. He has also worked as a Sports Anchor for the campus news station News Central 34.

Asides from this, he has also intervened for WDIV Local 4 in Detroit, Michigan, and NBC 25 & FOX 66 News in Flint, Michigan. This was prior to his graduation in the month of May 2022. During his time working in Northern Michigan, he received a Michigan Association of Broadcasters Award and an Associated Press Media Editors award for a best sports feature.

She also has a great passion for covering local sports and highlighting the coaches, athletes, and important members of the communities. Away from work, she enjoys watching sports on TV and rooting for all his favorite teams, including the Lions. Asides from that, she also enjoys spending her time with her family and friends, going to the lake, kayaking, hiking, cooking, and going to the lake.
