John Fuller Biography
John Fuller is an American Meteorologist working for FOX 2 – KTVI and KPLR in St. Louis, Missouri, as the chief meteorologist. He joined the station in October 2008 and has served the station for over a decade. Previously, he worked for KSDK-TV NewsChannel 5 as a chief meteorologist and meteorologist for over 25 years, from June 1983 to October 2008.

Fuller worked for FOX 2 – KTVI and KPLR in St. Louis, Missouri, as the chief meteorologist. One thing he is most proud of is visiting 300 local schools to share his knowledge and love of weather. He came to St. Louis in June 1983, and despite his longevity, he says that a new crease, like the 2012 drought or Spring 2013 tornadoes, develops just when he believes he has figured out the weather in St. Louis.
Fuller was an adjunct meteorology professor at St. Louis Community College-Wildwood from December 2010 to July 2021. There, he taught basic meteorology for continuing education programs. Also, he was an adjunct meteorology professor at the University of Washington from December 2008 to May 2010. There, he taught basic meteorology. From June 1983 to October 2008, he worked for KSDK-TV NewsChannel 5 as a chief meteorologist and meteorologist.
During his time at KSDK, he received the local Emmy Award for Best Weathercaster. He was also honored with the American Meteorological Society’s Seal of Approval. Before working at KSDK-TV, he worked at KEZK 102.5 FM as a chief meteorologist from April 1992 to December 1996, where he provided radio forecasts.
Fuller worked at KFUO Classic 99.1 FM as a chief meteorologist from April 1987 to April 1992. There, he provided radio weathercasts. John got his first job where he worked with the Air Quality Division, the Michigan Department of Natural Resources, as an Air Pollution Meteorologist. In addition, he worked as a weekend weathercaster for WJIM TV 6 in Lansing, Michigan.
