Karley Marotta is an American journalist working for WKOW as the sports director since October 2022. She joined the station as a weekend sports anchor and reporter in March 2020. Previously, she worked as a weekend sports anchor and reporter for WXOW News 19 in La Crosse, Wisconsin for nearly 3 years.

Marotta joined Indiana University-Bloomington in 2013 when she finished her high school education. In 2017, she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Broadcast Journalism. During college, she worked as a sports intern at WISN for a year and TODAY’s TMJ4.

Marotta has worked for WKOW as the sports director since she was promoted in October 2022, making her the first female sports director in the station’s history. Upon joining the station, she first worked as a weekend sports anchor and reporter in March 2020.
