Randle was on the ground delivering vital briefs and insights during the roof collapse of the historic Apollo Theatre in Belvidere because of an EF-0 tornado that killed one person. Extensively, she broadcasted the Rockford Police Department’s Citizens Police Academy, occupying herself with the department for eight weeks to display how they train staff in every department.

Initially, Randle wanted to work with the FBI after she graduated college to make a difference by jailing the worst criminals in prisons.
