Kimberly Van Scoy is an American anchor/reporter who is best known for her time at WXII 12 where she served as a morning anchor and medical reporter. She joined the WXII 12 team in March 1998.
Van joined the WXII 12 News team as an anchor and reporter in March 1998. Prior to joining WXII 1, she worked in Alaska, Memphis, Tennessee, Alabama, and Idaho. While she worked at WXII 12, she also served as a medical reporter who reported on many stories on the Triad’s front-line workers and the scientific advancements in the medical industry. In addition, she enjoys great outdoor spaces that North Carolina is famous for, gardening, and cooking, and she is a huge fan of the Carolina Panthers.
