Kristen Berset-Harris is an American Award-winning Journalist working for WUSA-TV serving as a host at 3 pm. She joined the station in February 2011, after working as a co-host at the Baltimore Ravens in Washington D.C.

After finishing high school, Kristen went on to join Florida University in 1999 and received a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism and Telecommunications in 2003. She was also an active member of the National Broadcasting Association and Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority.

Berset works for WUSA-TV in Washington D.C. as a host of Great Day Washington at 3 pm. She joined the station in February 2011 serving as a sports anchor and reporter. After working for the station for a while, Kristen took a break for a second treatment for breast cancer and returned in August 2017. For her excellent work, she was honored with various awards such as Emmy Awards from the National Capital Chesapeake Bay Chapter.
Prior to joining WUSA9, Harris worked for the Baltimore Ravens as a co-host from 2014 to 2017. Earlier, she spent two years working for WBFF Fox 45 as a weekend sports reporter and anchor from January 2009 to January 2011. In 2014, Kristen was honored with the Associated Press Award for being the best sports reporter. She and her team also received the Chesapeake Bay Region Associated Press award for their outstanding work.
Berset began her professional career as a producer and anchor at WJHG-TV from September 2006 to January 2009. In addition to working at WJHG-TV, she also worked for the Professional Tarpon Tournament Series as a co-host. During her time there, Harris covered high-profile news including the fishing tournament for over 400 U.S. servicemen. She also worked together with Tarpon Crew where they traveled to Iraq and Kuwait in coverage of information. Besides this, the documentary series of her trip titled “Journey to Freedom” earned her the Florida Chapter Associated Press award.
