LaTrice Currie is an American anchor, reporter, and host working at WRCB where she serves as the co-anchor of the noon and 5:30 pm newscast. She also serves as a health reporter and host of the Trends On Three Public Affairs Show. In addition, she joined the WRCB team in April 1995.

Currie attended Hampton University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Media Studies. Later on, she joined Regent University in 2017, where she earned a Master of Arts in communication with a concentration in Strategic Communications.

After she had graduated from Hampton University, she worked in Jackson, Tennessee where she served as an anchor and reporter. In 1995, she joined the Local 3 News team where she served as a general assignment reporter and later served as a weekend news anchor before becoming a morning anchor. In addition, she was selected for the Chattanooga Woman of Distinction in 2005.
Furthermore, she has received awards including; NAACP Image Awards, Best Media Personality, Chattanooga Woman of Distinction, Black Excellence Chattanooga, Times Free Press, Hannah Martin Through The Storm recipient, and Best Chattanoogan. LaTrice is also very active in the community and she is an ambassador for Go Red For Women.
In addition, she has also served on a number of boards such as the Big Brothers Big Sisters Of Chattanooga, Bend Girl Scout Council, the advisory board for Volunteers in Medicine, and The Partnership for Families, Children, and Adults. Currie is also a member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc, Jack and Jill, The Links, and New United Church.
