Lee Zurik Biography
Lee Zurik is an American Award-Winning Anchor and Reporter working for WVUE-TV as an anchor and chief investigative reporter. He also serves as a vice president of investigations at Gray Television in New Orleans. Previously, he worked for WWL-TV where he served as a weekend news anchor and reporter.

Upon completing high school, Lee joined Syracuse University in 1992 where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Journalism in 1996.

Zurik works for WVUE-TV in New Orleans, Louisiana where he serves as a chief investigative reporter and anchor. He has been with the station for more than one decade since he joined in November 2009. During his time at WVUE-TV, Lee has uncovered major news and has delivered significant news including private citizens and government officials. In addition to working at WVUE-TV, he also serves as a vice president of investigations at Gray Television in New Orleans. He joined the station in March 2017 where he oversaw the national investigative team.
Earlier, Lee worked for WWL-TV where he served as a weekend news anchor and reporter from January 2001 to November 2009. Before working for WWL-TV, he served as a weekend sports reporter and anchor at WBRZ-TV from July 1999 to January 2001. Previously, Zurik spent two years and one month working at WSFA-TV where he served as a sports anchor and reporter from July 1997 to July 1999.
He began his journalism journey in May 1996 working as a weekend sports anchor and reporter at WXVT-TV. Lee served the station for one year and three months from May 1996 to July 1997. For his excellent work, he has been honored with multiple awards including twelve National Edward R. Murrow Awards, the Editors Medal, three Alfred I. duPont Silver Batons, and two George Foster Peabody Awards.
