Lily Wu is an American anchor and reporter working at KWCH 12 in Wichita, Kansas where she serves as the 4 pm co-anchor and reporter. She joined KWCH 12 in June 2020.

Wu attended Wichita State University where she graduated summa cum laude with two bachelor’s degrees in international business and integrated marketing communication. Later in 2003, she joined B.A. Integrated Marketing Communications where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in integrated marketing communications in 2007. She also holds a master’s in journalism from a Master’s of Social Sciences in 2009.

Wu works at KWCH 12 where she serves as the 4 pm co-anchor and reporter. She brings almost 10 years of experience from her time at the local ABC affiliate where she served as an award-winning reporter for a period of 9 years and as a Saturday morning anchor for two years. Wichita is her native home and she is devoted to serving her community as an active volunteer on a number of non-profit organization boards. In addition, she is a board member of the WSU Barton School of Business Advisory Council and the Steve Clark YMCA, past president of the Wichita Asian Association, and a director of the Miss Wichita Asian Festival Scholarship Pageant.

Furthermore, the Wichita Chamber of Commerce named her in 2020 as the Exceptional Young Leader, and Wichita Business Journal named her the Leader in Diversity in 2015. At the Miss Global 2017 pageant held in Cambodia, she was placed Fourth-Runner-Up and won the title of Miss Kansas United States 2012. She also represented the United States at Miss Chinese World and Miss World University. During her leisure time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cheering for the Shockers, traveling, and trying new foods and restaurants with friends.
