Luke Gamble is an American Anchor/Reporter working for WKOW- ABC 27 News serving the station as a Weekend Sports Anchor/Reporter. He joined the station in the month of March 2023. Prior to this, he was working for KX News where he served the station as a Weekend Sports Anchor/Reporter from March 2019 to March 2023. Gamble stated that he is always excited to join the KX Sports team on the weekends.

He was raised playing and watching sports year-round. It is for this reason that he has a passion for telling the stories of athletes and coaches in sports.

He was raised in the rural community of Ocilla, Georgia which was before going to school at the University of Georgia. Gamble is a proud graduate of UGA where she graduated with a degree in journalism, sports management, and a certificate in sports media.

While she was in college, she spent time at his school’s television station, radio station, and newspaper outlet. Asides from that, he also spent his final summer in college at FOX 5 in Atlanta as a sports intern. While there, he covered MLB, MLS, NBA, NFL, WNBA, and high school football. He is so excited to be part of the KX Sports team and looks forward to meeting everyone.
