Prior to joining ABC30 Action News, she was working with WTRK News 3 located in Norfolk, Va where she was serving the station as a weekday afternoon meteorologist. While there, she forecasted on snowstorms, tornadoes, and hurricanes.
Her passion for the Meteorologist career began when she was little. She kick-started by being terrified of storms until she started learning the science behind them. In order to further her education, she graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University where she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Meteorology and a minor in Communication and Broadcast Journalism. The Southern Carolina native moved to the Central Valley to be with her husband and together they love exploring all the amazing places the West Coast has to offer and traveling.
