Molly Patt is an American former anchor/reporter who is best known for her time at KSNT where she was an evening anchor a position she took up in December 2017. She joined KSNT in May 2017, as a multimedia journalist and later left the station in September 2021. Patt has been working at Stormont Vail Health where she serves as a communications supervisor since she left KSNT.

She was brought up in Minnesota where she spent time on the water, playing basketball, coaching Special Olympics, and swimming competitively. After she completed high school, she relocated to Kansas where she became a Jayhawk. In 2013, Patt joined The University of Kansas where she graduated in 2017, with a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism 2017.

Later in May 2022, she joined LSU Shreveport and she is set to graduate in September 2023, with a master’s degree in healthcare administration and management. In addition, while she was at the University of Kansas, she was president of her sorority and volunteered with Girl Scouts of the USA which prevents child abuse in America.

In May 2017, she joined KSNT, as a multimedia journalist before she was later promoted to serving as the weekend evening anchor, reporter, and producer for the daily FOX newscast. Over the years, she covered many stories from the rise in blue-green algae infesting our ponds and lakes to Governor Laura Kelly’s election. Furthermore, she values telling compelling stories and getting to the bottom of issues that matter to the community.
