Nancy Cordes (Nancy Weiner) is an American correspondent and contributor working for CBS News in Washington, D.C. She joined the station in 2007 as a transportation and consumer safety correspondent.

Cordes attended Punahou School in Honolulu and graduated Phi Beta Kappa. She joined the University of Pennsylvania and in 1995 she graduated magna cum laude. Cordes did not stop there, she joined Princeton University’s Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs to pursue her course.
