Naveen Dhaliwal is an American Emmy award-winning reporter working at WABC-TV where she serves as a weekday and weekend reporter. She joined the station in February 2018. 

She dreamt of becoming a journalist since she was a young girl and she gave up a career as a speech pathologist and went back to school. After she worked in a number of markets across the country, she joined Eyewitness News in February 2018, as a reporter. Prior to joining WABC, she worked at News 12 Westchester where she served as a morning anchor and reporter. While she was there, she spent many hours at the desk during the MTA’s deadliest train crash in Valhalla in 2015, and during storm coverage. In addition, she began her career at WETM- TV in Elmira, New York where she served as an anchor, producer, and reporter.

Later in 2009, Dhaliwal lovered the Binghamton American Civic Association massacre extensively. She is passionate about the weather and breaking news and his passion began while she worked at KOCO-TV in Oklahoma City where she served as a field reporter and storm chaser during deadly tornado outbreaks. She worked for 19 consistent days after the deadly El Reno and Moore tornadoes as she told stories of survival, heartbreak, and resilience. Furthermore, during her leisure time, she enjoys reading, spending time with friends and dogs, and traveling.
