Kristin Thorne is an American reporter working at WABC-TV where he serves as a morning reporter for This Morning. He joined the WABC-TV team in September 2017, after previously working at WEWS-TV as a reporter.
Over the years, he has worked in television stations in Charlottesville, Virginia, Cleveland, Ohio, and Raleigh, Northern Carolina. While he worked in the Midwest and Southeast, he covered a number of the largest stories of the last ten years inclusive of two presidential campaigns in three different swing states. Richmond, Virginia is his native home however, he is no stranger to New York City as his father resides in Queens where Waller spends a significant amount of time growing up.
In 2005, he joined Virginia Commonwealth University where he graduated in 2010, with a bachelor of science in broadcast journalism and a bachelor of arts in political science. During his leisure time, he enjoys exploring food and culture right in New York City and around the world.
