Travis Fossing is an American Anchor/Director working with KELOLAND News where he serves the station as a co-anchor for KELOLAND This Morning. He joined the KELOLAND News team in October 2020.
Travis Fossing Education
He earned a degree in radio and television broadcasting from Southwest Minnesota State University in Marshall, Minnesota, before beginning his television career as an intern at KELO-TV in 1998.

Fossing works with KELOLAND News where he serves the station as a co-anchor for the morning news. However, he is not a new addition to the newsrooms. This is because he has spent more than 13 years working as a sports director between 2000 and 2007 and between 2014 and 2020. This was before making a move from late nights to early mornings.
He was raised in Windom, Minnesota, and grew up playing football, baseball, and basketball which was while participating in school plays. Fossing is a huge Minnesota sports fan though his patience with the Vikings is wearing out. He was named sports director in October 2000 and he also made the move back to Sioux Falls where he resumed his role as sports director at KELOLAND Media Group in February 2014.
Later on, after covering a Superbowl, NCAA Tournaments, and thousands of college and high school sporting events, he is excited to be a part of the news team at KELOLAND Media Group. Away from work, together with his family, they enjoy attending sporting events, spending time with their extended family, and camping.
