Garcia serves as a news director/developer on FOX 12 and FOX 12 Plus. She began as the anchor of the 8, 10, and 11 pm newscasts at the station – she transitioned to the director slot in June 2022. Before living in Portland, Garcia used to live on the West Coast. He remarks that Portland is his favorite city in the whole world. Garcia loves to research and prospect the Northwest with his 2 daughters and wife, and black lab, Griffin. In addition to that, driving around and camping in their vintage 1979 VW Campmobile is one of their likings.
Garcia loves to read and write fiction during his leisure time (spy novels). On top of loving ethnic foods like Indian, Thai, and German, and enjoying IPA, there is so much food he doesn’t like.
