Ashley Sutton is an American Anchor working at News 4 where she serves as a breaking news anchor from the Live Desk. She joined the News 4 team as a producer in 2009.

Sutton lent a hand in the development and production of the 6:30 pm broadcast before it was launched in 2011, for which, she earned two Emmy nominations. Not long ago, she was the special projects producer, a managing investigator for the News 4 Trouble Shooters, and the field producer for stories that took her to a wide range of locations such as the home of a faith healer, death row, and Washington D.C.
After the attacks on 9/11 took place a month into her freshman year, she made a decision to add an Art History degree in order to her journalism education so that she can learn about the world’s; philosophies, cultures, politics, and religions.
In addition, she has traveled everywhere from China to Hungary to Budapest to the great cities of the United States. During her leisure time, she enjoys spending ample time with her family and friends, traveling, trying to perfect her Grandma’s chicken and dumplings, dancing, singing, and brushing up on pop culture.
