Kim Ratcliff is an American Anchor working for WECT-TV as a co-anchor alongside Bob Townsend at 5 and 7 am from Monday to Friday. She also serves as a news anchor at WSFX in Wilmington, North Carolina. Previously, Kim worked as a tape editor, producer, and anchor at WWAY News Channel 3 in Wilmington.

Upon completing her high school education, Ratcliff enrolled at the University of North Carolina Wilmington in 1984 where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in communication in 1988. While there, she participated in the soccer team and worked for Seahawk Newspaper as a writer.

She served the station for more than a decade from 1988 to 2006. Since she started working as a TV journalist in Wilmington it has been two decades where she covered major national and local breaking news.
