Kristi Krueger is an American award-winning anchor and reporter working for Local 10 News. She has been working for the station since joining in August 1993.

Krueger serves as an anchor and health Reporter and co-anchors of the noon newscasts. In addition to these roles, she is also serving as a health reporter through her daily “Healthcast” reports air on the 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. newscasts. She started her journalism career in Sarasota at WWSB where she served as a reporter and anchor. She, later on, moved on to work at WDIV-TV where she served as a co-anchor of the weekday 6 p.m. and 11 p.m. newscasts
Krueger has also managed to win several awards ever since she started her journalism career. For instance, she was awarded a National Television Academy Silver Circle Award in 2011 and a Deborah Natansohn Award for her contributions to women’s health and wellness in 2010.
In 2009, she was awarded a Gold Coast Emmy Award for the health/science/environment category. She was also awarded a “Best Large Market” media award given by the Florida Heart Association for a report “Save at Port Everglades” in 2006. In 1998 she won a Gold Coast Emmy Award for her groundbreaking report on the possible side effects of the required Hepatitis-B vaccine. Krueger was honored favorite Female anchor by the SunSentinel in 1998.
Krueger is also very active when it comes to helping out in the community. For instance, she has also served as a chair of the Pembroke Pines Relay For Life for the American Cancer Society. She has also volunteered at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Weston as a lector and training for her first marathon.
