Naomi De Lucia is an American journalist working for KRGV as a digital media producer and anchor since she was promoted in September 2022. Before that, she served the station as a lead news editor. She joined the station in November 2019 as a part-time news editor. Previously, she worked as a media producer and publicity assistant at Raquel Cepeda Music LLC.

Since 2023, she has worked as the producer of Salud y Vida, a health segment on Noticias RGV that delivers the recent health news in Spanish. Moreover, she produces and anchors medical segments on Channel 5 News.

De Lucia found a passion for visual storytelling at a young age while anchoring her high school’s morning newscast. She then decided to follow her passion and make the art of creating visual narratives. After graduating from college, she was a media producer and publicity assistant at Raquel Cepeda Music LLC.

After moving to the Rio Grande Valley, De Lucia kickstarted her career at KRGV as a part-time video editor. She wants to inform the community on health matters in both languages by also broadcasting more local health-related stories for the community of the RGV.
