Tony Betton Jr. is an American anchor and reporter working for WPTA as a weekday morning anchor and anchors and produces the noon broadcast. He joined WPTA in January 2020, as the weekend morning anchor, producer, and weekday reporter.

In addition, Tony is a member of Alpha Kappa Psi Professional Business Fraternity Inc. He was also a founding member of the National Association of Black Journalists’ GSU chapter while serving as a 2-timed VP of Broadcast and chapter president. Furthermore, during his leisure time, he enjoys volunteering in the community, public speaking, hosting special events, finding more ways to build his brand, and spending ample time, with his friends and family.
