There, he anchored the 5 am to 9 am newscasts and a noon anchor on Fridays and Thursdays. Before joining KWCH, he worked at KFBB ABC/FOX in Great Falls, Montana for two years as an evening anchor. There, he was part of a team that helped launch Montana’s first statewide newscast. Moreover, he has received an honor for breaking news and in 2019 was nominated for the E.B. Craney Award. Since 2019, he has been an active member of the Kansas Association of Black Journalists. And the National Association of Black Journalists since 2014. There, he was a research discipline on why African Collegiate Athletes Feel the only way to financial success is through professional sports and why are Idaho high school students less inclined to continue higher learning.
