Walter Allen is an American anchor who is working at FOX 13. He joined the FOX 13 news team in 2014, and currently, she serves as the anchor of Good Day Tampa Bay which airs on weekdays from 4 to 7 a.m.

Allen can anchor, report, and produce thus making him a multi-talented journalist. Denver, Colorado is his native home and he attended the Mile High City at Metropolitan State College of Denver where he graduated proudly. In addition, for two semesters, he interned at KCNC, and later in 2007, he launched his broadcasting career at KCWY, the NBC affiliate in Casper, Wyoming where he worked for a period of three years.
While he worked at KCWY the Wyoming Association of Broadcasters named him as Anchor Person of the Year and as Best Reporter. Later on, he relocated to Columbus, Ohio where he worked at the ABC/FOX station, WSYX serving as a general assignment reporter. In 2011, he received a co-anchoring opportunity at WSYX. Later on, he had the opportunity to work at WISH in Indianapolis, Indiana where he served as a weekend morning co-anchor and reporter.
While working in Columbus, Walter met his wife, fellow broadcaster Natalie Taylor. They are both excited to be living and working in the Sunshine State. Walter and his wife were married in Sanibel Harbour and are very excited to begin the next chapter of their lives in Florida.
