Prior to joining NBC 5, she worked for WFTS-TV as a News Photographer from 2004 to 2009. From 1999 to 2004, she worked as a News Photographer at WLKY-TV in Louisville, Kentucky area. Prior to that, she was a News Photographer at WPTA in Fort Wayne, Indiana from 1995 to 1999. Among other honors, she has received include an Edward R. Murrow Award because of her coverage of the “Disaster on I-4” while working in Tampa. She is a sports lover but heartily cheers for her home state Indiana Hoosiers basketball team. She thus enjoys playing soccer with the NTWSA and finds time for racing her own Jet Ski on most summer weekends.
