From February 2003 to August 2003, he was an Assignment Reporter at WGNO ABC26. Prior to that, he worked for KLAX-TV as an Assignment Reporter/Producer from July 2001 to September 2002. He was then an Intern at MTV News from June 2000 to August 2000. There, he researched and gathered news for daily news and special programming and participated in interviewing, booking, and producing MTV News specials. In his reporting career, he has covered the destruction of Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans, the riots and rebirth of Baltimore, and the deaths of nine firefighters in a massive commercial fire in Charleston. On Sundays, professional football keeps him busy and he can be caught cheering on the Cowboys, Saints, and Ravens.
