Shaun Gallagher is an American anchor/reporter and multimedia journalist working for TODAY’S TMJ4 as a weekday and weekend multimedia journalist. He joined the TMJ4 news team in April 2017.
Shaun arrives in Milwaukee after three years in Indiana, where he worked as a reporter for an NBC affiliate in South Bend. He covered Notre Dame as well as breaking news in Northern Indiana and Southwest Michigan while he was there. Gallagher takes pride in his ability to do everything.
Shaun attempted a little bit of everything while at Temple University, from rolling teleprompters to anchoring. Comcast SportsNet in Washington, D.C. was his first job out of college. He began his career as an editor before progressing to producing 30-minute local sportscasts.
However, he wasn’t cut out to be a showrunner thus he took a chance and moved to South Bend to work as a Multimedia Journalist, where he would be able to “do it all” by creating, shooting, editing, and reporting his own content. Shaun has a can-do mentality that he brings to Milwaukee. He is a Philadelphia native who brings a strong work ethic to the task of telling Wisconsin’s neglected stories.
