Taylor previously worked at the ABC affiliate WMDT-TV in Salisbury, Maryland, as a weekend anchor and reporter. She reported on a range of stories along with Maryland’s, Delaware’s, and Virginia’s Eastern Shores. She began her journalism career as a multimedia journalist at WAGM-TV, a small station in Presque Isle, Maine. Taylor graduated with a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism from Temple University (Go Owls!) in 2015.

Taylor worked as a foreign journalist in South Africa while in school and was active with Temple University’s television program, TUTV. Taylor can be found hiking and wandering about town with her dog, Gracie, or out exploring a new part of the city when she isn’t covering topics in the neighborhood.

Scripps Company owns the station, which is part of a duopoly alongside Kenosha-licensed Ion owned-and-operated station WPXE-TV (channel 55) WTMJ’s studios are on Capitol Drive (WIS 190) in Milwaukee (an Art Deco structure dubbed “Radio City” in honor of the New York complex of the same name), and its transmitter is four miles (6.4 km) north of downtown Milwaukee.
