Prior to joining FOX 32 News, she worked for Tribune Broadcasting in two roles. First, she was an anchor of “The Morning Show” at CW, WSFL in Miami, Florida from July 2009 to January 2010. Prior to that, she was a Reporter/Fill-In Anchor at NBC Universal, WTVJ from July 2006 to July 2009. From June 2004 to July 2006, she worked for Clear Channel Communications, NBC KGET in Bakersfield, CA as a reporter/fill-in anchor. She began her broadcast Journalism career where she worked as a Junior Booker at News Corporation from September 2002 to June 2004. She got her first television taste at the age of 14 years as a “Pose Member” on Black Entertainment Television’s talk show Teen Summit based in Washington, D.C. There also, she was a co-host/correspondent from September 1996 to August 2001. Prior to chasing news, she played classical piano for more than a decade, violin for two years, and the alto B Saxophone for three years. Being a music lover, she has performed with DC Youth Ensemble based at The Duke Ellington School of Performing Arts in Washington, D.C.
