Adam Duxter is an American journalist working for WCCO CBS Minnesota as a news reporter since joining the station in December 2021. Previously, he worked for WISC in Madison, Wisconsin as a news reporter.

Duxter joined the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2014 when he finished his high school education. In 2018, he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism and a Sociology minor. While in college, he worked as a reporter at KOMU 8 & Mid-Missouri CW in Columbia, Missouri, U.S.A. from August 2017 to May 2018. From February 2016 to May 2018, he was a Tour Guide at the University of Missouri-Columbia. There, he worked in the Department of Visitor Relations, giving tours of campus to prospective students and their families.
Duxter worked as a Production Assistant at Bally Sports West, SoCal, and San Diego from May 2017 to August 2017. From May 2016 to August 2016, he was a Camp Counselor at Kanakuk in Branson, Missouri. When he is not working, he enjoys cheering on Detroit sports teams like the Tigers and Lions, exploring coffee shops, and spending time with friends.
